#CantHelpMySelfie - Marketing Campaign

Brief: Creating a “phygital” (physical + digital) campaign for the new Spring/Summer collection for French Connection in London.

The challenge

To think beyond digital screens and create a unique, tangible experience to stand out in London’s busy Oxford Street.

 
 

 
 

The concept

The concept was built around the word “selfie” – a word that was becoming a buzzword in 2014 and would be a good fit for French Connection's target group.

The idea was to build a photo booth in the store, then let any visitor try the clothes they love from the Spring/Summer collection and take a selfie of the outfit in the booth. That selfie would then be displayed on the interactive screens outside the store, that let the pedestrians walking by the storevote for their favourite outfit. The one who got the most votes would win the outfit!
